Meet Our People

We are a small but flexible firm. All of our consultants have spent their careers working with nonprofits in positions from the front lines to leading human service organizations as executive directors and board members. We have brought this first-hand experience and our deep knowledge of working with vulnerable populations to our work. Our current clients are both nonprofits and their funders, as well as local governments, coalitions, and collective impact initiatives.

Beth Bordeaux, MSW


Beth cares about organizations– their systems, metrics, budgets, and processes– because ultimately, she cares about people. She knows that in order to provide the support community members need to live and thrive, human service systems must be strong from the inside out– and she knows how to make this happen. Beth is an executive leade​r with over 30 years of nonprofit and local government experience.

Stan Holt, Ph.D.


With over 30 years in nonprofit development, executive leadership and grantmaking, Stan is an accomplished nonprofit professional who believes in the power of the collective. When Stan works with a group, he builds a space where each individual’s authentic voice contributes to the emerging group voice within the group process. Stan brings a set of skills that transcends issues.

Chuck Bridger


Chuck is an experienced manager, director, and executive who has returned to North Carolina after several years in Texas. He specializes in communication, collaboration, team-building, and working with diverse partners.

Ivania Gutierrez


Ivania Gutierrez is a multi-lingual Public Administrator with 9 years’ experience in quality assurance, performance management, and project management in Chile, Sweden and the US.  She is a native Spanish speaker with fluency in English and Swedish. Ivania’s expertise includes,  project management, strategy, evaluation and organizational analysis.

Charlene Reiss, Ph.D.


For nearly 30 years, Charlene has had a varied career in the public sector with experience in small nonprofits, major universities, and local government agencies. Her skillset includes evaluation, program planning, strategy development, and systems change. She combines her love of numbers and research with hands-on experience to help organizations explore creative, data-driven, realistic solutions to systemic challenges.

Angie Welsh


Angie is a passionate, results oriented senior-level nonprofit executive who now brings her proven experience and extensive knowledge of collective impact, resource investment, and strategic planning/implementation of projects to Partners for Impact. Angie is committed to growth and learning in service of equity, and is always excited to learn about new perspectives.

As a Community Change Consultant, you will have the opportunity to lead projects, collaborate with fellow consultants, and contribute to business development efforts. Partners for Impact’s work spans various levels, from community systems to individual and organizational levels. The firm’s consultative approach emphasizes strategic planning, organizational development, evaluation, trust building, integrating diverse voices, and fostering accountability.

Fiona W. Dunn

Fiona is a fabulous artist and illustrator! She brings concepts to life, expressing their meaning beyond words. 

Business Partner- Visual Storyteller & Designer

Fiona is a comics creator, illustrator, and designer with a BFA in Sequential Art from the Savannah College of Art and Design. She uses her training in narrative design to capture clients’ unique story and vision and share it through illustrations, infographics, graphic design assets, and more. She’s been creating art for Partners for Impact since 2020, from illustrations to accompany blog posts, to systems maps, video content, illustration assets for reports, and logo and web design.

Carson is a trusted partner with deep experience in homeless services. He has worked with us on several projects, including an assessment for homeless services Jackson County and a fund development benchmarking study for Prevent Blindness NC.

Rachel Zeitler

Rachel is moving the needle in affordable housing policy! She joined us with NC Housing Finance Agency Supportive Housing American Rescue Plan outreach in early 2023. 

Rachel is an independent consultant supporting nonprofit organizations in their public policy and advocacy efforts. In addition to partnering with Partners for Impact, her recent work includes projects with Habitat North Carolina, Habitat for Humanity International, and the North Carolina Housing Coalition to advance housing affordability at the state and national level.

Rachel’s work is informed by more than a decade of experience as a nonprofit professional in advocacy and public policy roles. She previously served as the Director of Advocacy at Habitat Wake where she worked to build support for affordable housing and advance local policy solutions. Rachel is originally from Maryland, where she coordinated advocacy efforts for the YWCA in Baltimore specifically focusing on ending homelessness.

Write Connections | strategy + design

Write Connections is a marketing and strategy firm owned by Jess Koscher. They have worked with us for a couple of years, helping us build awareness around our work. This includes managing our social media and rebuilding our website. 

Write Connections | strategy + design is a firm that helps clients find solutions and make the write connections. We provide both marketing/design services and strategic services. Some clients work only on one side of our house, but many utilize all of our services in order to build and promote their business.

Our portfolio of services has assisted over 200 businesses since our launch. The Creative Crew is a community of creatives who work to help you make the “write connections.” Consisting of professionals in our areas of both strategy and design who are committed to bringing you our best.
