We are a small but flexible firm. All of our consultants have spent their careers working with nonprofits in positions from the front lines to leading human service organizations as executive directors and board members. We have brought this first-hand experience and our deep knowledge of working with vulnerable populations to our work. Our current clients are both nonprofits and their funders, as well as local governments, coalitions, and collective impact initiatives.

Beth Bordeaux, MSW

Co-Owner

Beth cares about organizations– their systems, metrics, budgets, and processes– because ultimately, she cares about people. She knows that in order to provide the support community members need to live and thrive, human service systems must be strong from the inside out– and she knows how to make this happen. Beth is an executive leade​r with over 30 years of nonprofit and local government experience.

Stan Holt, Ph.D.

Co-Owner

With over 30 years in nonprofit development, executive leadership and grantmaking, Stan is an accomplished nonprofit professional who believes in the power of the collective. When Stan works with a group, he builds a space where each individual’s authentic voice contributes to the emerging group voice within the group process. Stan brings a set of skills that transcends issues.

Ivania Gutierrez

Consultant

Ivania Gutierrez is a multi-lingual Public Administrator with 9 years’ experience in quality assurance, performance management, and project management in Chile, Sweden and the US.  She is a native Spanish speaker with fluency in English and Swedish. Ivania’s expertise includes,  project management, strategy, evaluation and organizational analysis.

Charlene Reiss, Ph.D.

Consultant

For nearly 30 years, Charlene has had a varied career in the public sector with experience in small nonprofits, major universities, and local government agencies. Her skillset includes evaluation, program planning, strategy development, and systems change. She combines her love of numbers and research with hands-on experience to help organizations explore creative, data-driven, realistic solutions to systemic challenges.

Carson Dean

Consultant

Carson’s career has revolved around helping others. As a nonprofit professional and organizational leader, he is dedicated to maximizing the impact of organizations in the communities they serve. While skilled as a strategist, administrator, and communicator, Carson prides himself on being compassionate, with a vision of serving in tactical ways, helping others to focus on mission, targeted populations, and community impact.

Fiona W. Dunn

Design Consultant

Fiona serves as the design consultant for Partners for Impact, and lends a digital native’s technological expertise when needed. Fiona has a longstanding interest in social systems and community-based problem solving, and enjoys being able to bring her artistic skills to the team to create infographics and design that helps enhance the work and message of Partners for Impact and their clients.

Angie Welsh

Consultant

Angie is a passionate, results oriented senior-level nonprofit executive who now brings her proven experience and extensive knowledge of collective impact, resource investment, and strategic planning/implementation of projects to Partners for Impact. Angie is committed to growth and learning in service of equity, and is always excited to learn about new perspectives.

Chuck Bridger

Consultant

Chuck is an experienced manager, director, and executive who has returned to North Carolina after several years in Texas. He specializes in communication, collaboration, team-building, and working with diverse partners.

Join Our Team

Operations Associate

The Operations Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the general business operations of the firm. This includes managing data, developing and maintaining a customer contact database, handling basic accounting tasks, creating reports, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate should have strong customer service skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and experience in project management and data management. The role requires working independently as well as collaboratively, both in leadership and supporting roles.

Community Change Consultant

As a Community Change Consultant, you will have the opportunity to lead projects, collaborate with fellow consultants, and contribute to business development efforts. Partners for Impact’s work spans various levels, from community systems to individual and organizational levels.
