Chatham County Housing Collective
There has been a growing number of homeless individuals in Chatham County, NC. Partners for Impact is working with a group provider and citizens to design and implement a plan for addressing those who are experiencing homelessness in Chatham County. Specifically, we are working with the Chatham County Housing Collective to create a community wide vision that is grounded in values that will guide the development of a plan to achieve that vision. In addition, Partners for Impact consultants are working to support the implementation of a new Street Outreach Program that was funded through North Carolina’s Emergency Solutions Grant Program.
