Durham Collaborative to End Family Homelessness

The Durham Collaborative to End Family Homelessness (DCEFH) is a group of nonprofits collectively working to address the needs of families and children during and following episodes of homelessness. The agencies are: Families Moving Forward, Urban Ministries of Durham, Housing for New Hope and the Durham Partnership for Children. Partners for Impact provided backbone support and meeting facilitation for this group from 2017 to 2023.
