The Problem/Challenge:

The Monet Richardson Community Foundation was founded to continue the legacy of service and entrepreneurship started by Krissy Monet Richardson. They continue to support underprivileged students in Orange, Durham, Edgecomb, Nash and Pitt Counties by providing backpacks and school supplies, fostering financial literacy, engaging high school students in leadership development, and providing college scholarships. The MRCF is seeking funding to hire its first staff position.

Our Process:

Working with the Board of Directors and the volunteer Executive Director, Partners for Impact is completing grant applications for the organization. As part of the process we are helping the organization clarify organizational and programmatic goals. The organization is identifying outcomes that can be used to measure success based on the activities that they are already completing.
