South Carolina Hospital Association
Provided training for communities across the State of South Carolina that focused on collective impact. The training was designed for communities funded by the Duke Endowment who participate in the Healthy People, Healthy Carolinas South Carolina Network and communities who are in Access Health South Carolina Network. Partners for Impact combined both didactic and experiential activities designed to support participants as they build community change initiatives in their local communities.
