At 100 Black Men Triangle East, our mission is to improve the quality of life within our communities and enhance educational and economic opportunities for all African Americans. We are committed to serving as a beacon of leadership by utilizing our diverse talents to create environments where our youth are motivated to achieve and empowered to become self-sufficient shareholders in the economic and social fabric of their communities.

What is the problem we are trying to solve? 

100 Black Men Triangle East had grown and needed to hire staff for the first time. 

Our Process:

Partners for Impact has supported 100 Black Men of Triangle East through two engagements focused on organizational growth and fundraising capacity. 

First Engagement:

As the organization experienced significant growth and prepared to hire staff for the first time, Partners for Impact worked with the Board of Directors to clarify both organizational and programmatic goals. Our team developed several successful grant proposals and guided the organization in defining measurable outcomes aligned with their existing activities. As a result of these efforts, 100 Black Men Triangle East secured the funding needed to hire its first Executive Director in 2023.

Second Engagement:

Building on that foundation, 100 Black Men Triangle East re-engaged Partners for Impact to strengthen its fundraising systems and donor engagement strategy. Our work included supporting a CRM transition, producing a compelling Case for Support, and launching the organization’s first individual giving campaign with a 50% growth goal, and providing executive coaching for the organization’s Executive Director.
