Are you passionate about making a lasting impact on communities and individuals? Partners for Impact, a woman-owned and LGBTQ-owned consultancy located in Apex, North Carolina, is a growing force of change. Founded by Beth in 2016, with Stan joining in 2018 and becoming a partner in spring 2021, we’re proud of our journey so far. Our team comprises nine dedicated consultants working on diverse projects. As we expand, we’re excited to welcome new team members.
Our Purpose: At Partners for Impact, we operate as a small yet flexible firm with a powerful vision. Drawing from the varied backgrounds of our consultants – from frontline workers to executive directors and board members – we bring firsthand knowledge of working with nonprofits and vulnerable populations. Our projects encompass a broad spectrum, partnering with nonprofits, funders, local governments, and coalitions. Together, we aim to tackle complex societal challenges and elevate communities through our consultative approach.

Operations Associate
The Operations Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the general business operations of the firm. This includes managing data, developing and maintaining a customer contact database, handling basic accounting tasks, creating reports, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate should have strong customer service skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and experience in project management and data management. The role requires working independently as well as collaboratively, both in leadership and supporting roles.

Community Change Consultant
As a Community Change Consultant, you will have the opportunity to lead projects, collaborate with fellow consultants, and contribute to business development efforts. Partners for Impact’s work spans various levels, from community systems to individual and organizational levels. The firm’s consultative approach emphasizes strategic planning, organizational development, evaluation, trust building, integrating diverse voices, and fostering accountability.
