Carol Sullivan-Riddle

 

Carol has spent many years working with nonprofits and community organizations and brings an interdisciplinary research background to her work in strategic planning, program evaluation, and community outreach.

Her research has explored systems and policies that support community well-being, focusing on education and public health policy and programs, as well as leadership and organizational development.

With experience across the education, health, and arts nonprofit sectors, Carol is committed to equity-focused, collaborative approaches that support impactful results. She brings creative leadership, systems thinking, arts-leadership integration, and narrative development to her work. 

She holds a BA in Communication and an MA in Liberal Studies from North Carolina State University, a Nonprofit Management Certificate from Duke University, and will complete her Master of Public Administration in May 2026.
