Michelle Kennedy is a recognized leader in affordable housing and homelessness prevention. She has more than 20 years of experience leading nonprofit and municipal organizations in North Carolina and Los Angeles focused on housing, neighborhood revitalization, and homelessness. Michelle is the recipient of the Leadership Greensboro Leadership Service Medal, the Greensboro News & Record Woman of the Year Award, and the Guilford Green Foundation Distinguished Leadership Award. She is a recognized leader in driving transformative change through innovative, collaborative solutions to some of the most complex challenges facing communities. Her focus areas include:
